Overview Our Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, developing campaigns, and promoting our services to drive growth and customer engagement. This position requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing. The Marketing Coordinator oversees social media channels that align with the company's brand and performs market research. Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels. Manage website content using WordPress and content management systems, ensuring information is current and engaging. Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization strategies. Analyze web analytics data with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to report on campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. Coordinate email marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain client engagement. Oversee paid advertising campaigns including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, and social media advertising campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, and emerging advertising platforms. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign execution. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations. Develop compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional brochures. Collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media. Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape. Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making. Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and client appreciation events. Handle logistics such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and promotional materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines. Assist in maintaining the customer database and ensuring data accuracy. Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer interactions and campaign performance. Work closely with business development/marketing and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing activities and results. Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines. Maintain and organize marketing files and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Performs other duties as assigned. Adhere to company policies and guidelines. Undertakes various job-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support the team's objectives. Experience 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in marketing or similar field preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, preferably within the title insurance or real estate industry. High School diploma or GED is required. Knowledge Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools). Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support marketing decisions. Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Work Hours/Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Work outside of stated business hours may be required due to business demands. Mandatory attendance at events may be required in the evening or on weekends.
