WildFlyer Mead and Beer Company - Navasota, TX Position Overview WildFlyer Mead and Beer Company is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Event & Market Ambassador to represent our mead and beer at special events, festivals, markets, and retail tastings. This is a very part-time, flexible position that is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, attending events, and talking about unique products. This position requires travel to off-site events and retail accounts throughout the surrounding area. As an Ambassador, you are the face of WildFlyer when we are away from our tasting rooms. You will introduce customers to mead and beer, educate them about our products, provide samples, and help create a great experience that makes them want to discover more of WildFlyer. Responsibilities Represent WildFlyer at markets, festivals, special events, and community events Conduct tastings at retail accounts and help promote product sales Educate customers about our mead, beer, products, and brand Pour and serve samples while following all TABC regulations Answer questions and make product recommendations Set up, maintain, and break down event and tasting displays Help keep products and displays stocked and organized Represent WildFlyer in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner Communicate customer feedback and event needs to management Travel to off-site events and retail accounts as needed The Person We Are Looking For Outgoing and comfortable talking with strangers Friendly, personable, and enthusiastic Comfortable speaking about and selling products Willing to learn about mead and beer Reliable and professional Comfortable working independently Able to work occasional evenings, weekends, and outdoor events Willing to travel You don't have to be a mead expert—we will teach you about our products. We are looking for someone who can get excited about what we do and make other people excited about it too. Schedule & Compensation This is a very part-time, event-based position. Hours will vary depending on our event and tasting schedule. Hourly wage plus tips Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel Flexible opportunities for additional hours through events and tastings Weekend and occasional evening availability required Reliable transportation and willingness to travel required

Qualifications Required:

TABC Seller/Server certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be at least 18 years old Hospitality, retail, beverage, event, or tasting experience is a plus but not required.
