Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels, develop compelling content, and support sales initiatives to expand our reach in the renewable energy market. Your creativity and data-driven mindset will help us generate demand, optimize campaigns, and strengthen our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

Assist sales reps and setters with day-to-day needs Plan and run sales competitions and contests Manage and produce company swag Run our internal Instagram (leaderboards, shoutouts, hype videos, testimonials) Create graphics and video content for the team Bring new ideas to boost engagement and culture

Qualifications:

Rapport with our sales team, or the ability to build it quickly Experience with graphic design, video editing, and photography Social media management experience Self-starter with strong organizational skills

Bonus:

Experience in solar, home services, or door-to-door sales

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
