Marketing, Sales & Communications Coordinator (Part-Time) www.DoveIT.com Dove IT Services is a group of technology professionals focused on providing custom-fit IT services to mid-sized businesses throughout the Upper-Midwest. Dove IT offers outsourced IT services including managed helpdesk, CIO services, and governance, risk, & compliance management.
Position Summary:
Assist with website management, social media, content development, and graphic design projects for Dove IT. Develop a sales & marketing strategy to support the front-end of the sales process. Must be personable, confident, driven, a direct communicator, and a team player. Must show ability to prioritize projects & campaigns while diligently tracking activities in CRM. Position includes sales lead identification & qualification, and managing marketing campaigns.Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop sales materials to enhance Dove IT brand awareness. May include promotional postcards, web banners, conference publications, sales slicks, and curriculum packets Assist to develop social media communications and tracking systems. Lead Dove IT graphic design efforts Stay current on sales & marketing trends. Make recommendations as available. Monitor web site performance and recommend adjustments including search engine optimization. Assist in preparing, sending, & tracking marketing campaigns Coordinate industry trade show presentation opportunities Create CRM leads by researching contacts and company demographics Qualify sales leads using calls, emails or in-person meetings Review, edit, and post content as contributed by others, as approved by Dove IT's Management team.Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and desire to learn. Experience with Adobe Suite, CRM, basic web design, sales/marketing, & business social media a plus.Benefits:
