Job description Holistic Home is looking for a Hospice & Home Health Marketing Coordinator/Community Liaison Representative to join our extraordinary team! We are expanding our Home Care & Hospice program throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and are looking for motivated and energetic Marketing Coordinators to join us. OVERVIEW
Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly, compassionate, experienced team-oriented medical marketing/sales professional who is driven to work autonomously. This candidate must have excellent phone / text / email communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES
: The Marketing Coordinator/Community Liaison Representative works collaboratively to establish strategic relationships with community hospitals, CBRF's, ALF's, nursing homes, physicians and community organizations. Hospice & Home Health Marketing Coordinator/Community Liaison Representative responsibilities:- On site meetings and presentations to physicians, hospitals, medical facility professionals and others
- Work with the clinical field team and management to develop a strategic marketing strategies
- Candidate must be resourceful and enjoy working in a highly competitive environment.
- Work in the community everyday promoting our company and our hospice services.
- Develop strong, long lasting relationships with people who have a vested interest in their patients with the intent of retaining hospice referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required 2 years experience in Hospice.
- Friendly, creative, outgoing personality a must!
- Experience in marketing/sales in Hospice, Home Health, Pharmaceutical, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or other healthcare sales experience
