PART-TIME MARKETING, GOOGLE ANALYTICS & EVENTS COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing, Analytics & Events Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of our restoration company. This position will play an important role in managing social media, maintaining and updating company websites and Google Business Profiles, tracking marketing performance through Google Analytics, coordinating company and community events, and helping strengthen relationships with customers, insurance professionals, property managers, businesses, and community partners. The ideal candidate enjoys a combination of marketing, digital content, data, creativity, organization, and relationship building . This is a hands-on position where your work will directly support brand awareness, lead generation, and business development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite & Google Business Profile Management
  • Maintain and regularly update company websites with current information, services, photos, team information, project content, blogs, announcements, and other relevant material.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, professional, current, and consistent with company branding.
  • Upload new project photos, before-and-after images, team photos, community involvement, and other visual content.
  • Identify outdated website content and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with basic website SEO, including page content, headings, keywords, images, and descriptions.
  • Monitor website functionality and report technical issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update company Google Business Profiles .
  • Upload new, relevant photos to Google Business Profiles on a consistent basis.
  • Keep business information, services, descriptions, hours, locations, and other Google profile information accurate.
  • Monitor Google reviews and assist with appropriate responses in coordination with management.
  • Help improve local online visibility and search presence.
  • Track website and Google Business Profile performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Google Analytics & Marketing Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and marketing performance using Google Analytics/GA4 .
  • Track website visitors, traffic sources, engagement, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
  • Monitor Google Business Profile performance, including searches, calls, website visits, and other available insights.
  • Prepare simple monthly marketing reports showing what is working and where opportunities exist.
  • Monitor performance of social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, website activity, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations to improve marketing results.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing team to connect marketing activity to lead generation and company growth. Social Media Marketing
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other appropriate platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
  • Develop content around: o Water damage restoration o Fire and smoke restoration o Mold remediation o Storm damage o Commercial restoration o Reconstruction o Customer success stories o Employee/team highlights o Community involvement o Educational restoration tips
  • Take and organize photos and videos for social media, websites, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence.
  • Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and online activity.
  • Track social media performance and recommend opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with field teams and Business Development Representatives to gather photos, videos, stories, and project updates. Events & Community Outreach
  • Coordinate company participation in networking events, trade shows, conferences, community events, charity events, and industry functions.
  • Assist with planning and organizing customer appreciation events, open houses, networking events, and company functions.
  • Maintain an events calendar and coordinate registrations, materials, deadlines, and logistics.
  • Prepare promotional materials, displays, giveaways, signage, presentations, and other event needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and event partners as needed.
  • Capture photos and content during events for social media, websites, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Help identify new community and industry events that could provide valuable business relationships and brand exposure.
  • Assist with follow-up after events to help turn connections into business opportunities. Marketing & Business Development Support
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Create flyers, presentations, email campaigns, newsletters, digital content, and other marketing materials.
  • Support Business Development Representatives with marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and event preparation.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase brand awareness within the local community.
  • Assist with customer and referral-partner communications.
  • Support special marketing and business development projects assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.

  • Ability to represent the company professionally at events and community functions.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles.
  • Experience updating business websites or working with a website content management system.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with event planning or coordination.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Photography or basic video editing experience.
  • Marketing, communications, business, or related education/experience.
  • Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, property management, or a related industry is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE
  • Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week .
  • Primarily an in-office position .
  • Occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available based on responsibilities, performance, and business needs.
  • Occasional attendance at events, networking functions, community activities, and company functions outside of normal office hours may be required.
  • Schedule can be flexible within business needs and event requirements.
