Job Description

About Us:

ReSpace Construction AK LLC is a bathroom remodeling company operating in Anchorage and surrounding areas. We're looking for a driven, organized Sales Manager to lead client-facing sales and help grow our business.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site client consultations and measurements for bathroom remodeling projects Prepare labor and material estimates and present them to clients Follow up with clients after estimates are sent, and work to close signed contracts Manage leads and track customer status within the company's CRM system Maintain communication with clients from initial contact through contract signing Occasionally assist with office-related tasks as needed, based on business needs

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in sales, construction sales, or estimating Strong closing skills — proven ability to follow up and convert leads into signed contracts Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using CRM systems, estimating software, and mobile apps Highly organized and able to work independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for site visits in Anchorage and nearby cities

Compensation:

Base pay: Commission bonuses for signed contracts Estimated total: $50,000 - $89,000+ per year, depending on performance
