About Us Sunset Ranch Hawaii is a family-owned and operated ranch and premier event venue on Oʻahu's North Shore, known for sweeping sunset views and personalized private events—including weddings, sunset soirées, elopements, and more. We're looking for a Sales Manager to own the client booking process from first inquiry through signed contract and deposit. The position is structured with a base salary plus commission. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound wedding and event inquiries Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients (zoom and in person) Manage the full sales pipeline: inquiry, proposal, follow-up, contract, and deposit Prepare and send sales brochures, package details, and offering information Maintain the booking calendar and CRM or lead-tracking system Follow up with prospective clients and keep leads moving through the process Hand off confirmed bookings smoothly to the events and coordination team Build relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and referral partners Track inquiries, conversion rates, and booking activity Participate in team meetings and share weekly updates Research and report on competing event venues Represent Sunset Ranch Hawaii at bridal shows and industry events as needed What We're Looking For Experience in sales, hospitality, or wedding/event venue bookings preferred Self-motivated, proactive and hardworking to meet or exceed target goals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple active leads at once Strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable with email, calendar tools, and a CRM or lead-tracking system A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a great client experience Available for mid-week and weekend site tours as needed Familiarity with the Oʻahu wedding and events market is a plus Qualifications (Required) Contracts Calendar management Proposal writing CRM system proficiency Customer inquiry handling Video communication Phone communication Tour storytelling techniques Attention to detail Lead tracking Sales follow-up To Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or email your resume to maggie@sunsetranchhawaii.com

Pay:
