What You'll Do As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to create an exceptional customer experience while helping lead a successful retail team.

You'll:

Inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service Help coach, train, and develop sales associates Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory management Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment Recognize and celebrate team successes Help achieve sales goals while delivering a memorable shopping experience Learn all aspects of retail management with opportunities for future advancement What We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service Have a positive attitude and strong leadership potential Enjoy coaching and motivating others Are dependable, organized, and adaptable Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Have retail or leadership experience (preferred but not required) No management experience? Additional Qualifications At least one year of retail management experience Basic math skills Ability to pass a background check Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular retail activities such as reaching, bending, lifting, and moving merchandise Comfortable working independently when needed Bonus Skills Japanese or Chinese language skills are highly valued and may qualify for additional compensation.
