Sell Something That Changes Kids' Lives. Ko Martial Arts is a premium martial arts and character development academy serving families across three locations in Johnson County. We began as a family school and have grown into an academy known for developing confident, respectful, disciplined students. We are looking for a Membership Sales Representative at our Prairie Village studio. Families come to us because something isn't working for their child: confidence, focus, or belonging. Your job is to have the conversation that helps them decide, and then to keep them with us. This is a small studio, so you will also be on your feet helping our events and belt assessments run well. If you like being measured on results and paid for them, this role was built for you. What You Will Do Sell memberships. Respond to every inquiry fast, book introductory lessons, and lead the enrollment conversation with parents. You are the one who asks for the decision. Work the pipeline. Follow up by phone, text, and email with families who haven't decided yet. Most enrollments come from the second or third conversation, not the first. Keep what you sell. Guide new families through their first 30 days, reach out when attendance drops, and save families before they leave. Run belt assessments. Each quarter, help prepare and run our belt assessments across two
