Director of Business Development Position Overview HVAC Distributing LLC is seeking experienced Territory Managers (TM) to develop and expand the company's presence across all five business divisions within assigned territory: White Label Solutions, Commercial Equipment, Project Solutions, and Wholesale Distribution. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with HVAC distributors, plumbing supply houses, wholesalers, buying groups, engineers, developers and national accounts. The successful candidate must be highly organized, skilled in territory prioritization, and capable of developing multi-state, multi-division customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a territory plan identifying targets and strategy across all five divisions.
• Identify, and recruit qualified stocking distributors, project partners and white-label customers.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, developers, and national accounts across multiple market segments.
• Present the full HVAC Distributing portfolio, including white label, commercial equipment, project solutions and wholesale distribution offerings.
• Establish stocking programs, project pipelines, and annual purchasing targets by division.
• Coordinate product training and technical support across all divisions.
• Develop and support commercial, replacement, new construction, and project opportunities.
• Conduct distributor meetings, contractor development and project-focused presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines, forecasts and division-specific reporting.
• Ensure responsible channel management, brand positioning and MAP compliance across all divisions. Qualifications
• 3+ years of HVAC, plumbing, commercial, distribution, project or related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, project-based sales, and distribution channels.
• Existing relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers or developers is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple product lines and divisions.
