The International located in beautiful Bolton, Massachusetts, features 36 Holes of distinctly different yet incredible golf, state of the art practice facilities, and is a truly pure golf experience. The Pines Course has been recently transformed by legendary Course Architects Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw and has already won multiple awards. The Oaks Course an original Tom Fazio design was recently re-done by esteemed architect Tripp Davis and played host to LIV Boston in 2022. Future plans include luxurious Member Cottages and a brand-new Clubhouse. Our membership roster is made up of successful business owners, professional athletes, doctors, CPA's, lawyers, entrepreneurs and community leaders. As we are looking to add similar-minded and pedigreed individuals as Members, the person in the Membership Sales Director role must have a proven track record of selling luxury lifestyle products to a discerning clientele. Responsibilities include generating leads by way of referrals, networking, and being the face of the Club in the community along with guiding prospective Members through the enrollment process. Influence and an existing network within the market is a major plus. • Pay package estimate includes commissions and bonuses with unlimited upside earning potential. Experience
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for sales purposes
• Prior experience in managing membership programs is a plus
• Marketing experience is a plus
