GMC Sales Manager Salary Range:

$110,000 to $140,000 Lee Auto Malls, Maine's No. 1 volume dealership, seeks to hire a GMC Automotive Sales Manager in Auburn. If you are an experienced, results-driven F&I Manager, or Sales Manager, then we want to talk to you! As the GMC Sales Manager, your responsibilities include: Lead the dealership's daily operations Set the appropriate example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability Lead team to achieve the established individual and department objectives and goals Navigate state-of-the-art technology for planning and tracking activities to maximize opportunities Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up Utilize V-Auto for vehicle appraisals Excel in customer satisfaction (CSI) performance

Qualifications:

2+ years of F&I, or sales management experience Proven track record of strong sales numbers and CSI Strong negotiation and presentation skills Exceptional follow-up and lead management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Detailed-oriented and knows how to budget time Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
