This leader builds a consistent, repeatable training system using in-field training, ride-alongs, and structured classroom training, and holds the team accountable to clear performance standards. Ride-Alongs & Field Coaching Conduct regular ride-alongs and in-field shadowing with proximity reps and on-site coaching at events to observe, model, and reinforce best practices in real time. Lead by example - personally canvassing and working events to demonstrate approach, engagement, and appointment-setting techniques. Provide same-day debriefs with specific, actionable feedback and follow-up plans. Classroom Training Plan and facilitate new-hire classroom sessions, weekly skill-building workshops, and team meetings covering product knowledge, brand story, approach, qualifying, objection handling, and appointment setting. Performance Management & Team Leadership Set and communicate clear expectations for activity, lead quality, and appointment production; monitor individual and team results daily and weekly. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and, when needed, corrective action in partnership with HR. Recognize and celebrate wins to build a positive, competitive, high-accountability team culture. Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the proximity and events marketing team to maintain appropriate staffing. Events & Territory Strategy Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan event calendars, staffing, booth setup, and neighborhood canvassing strategy around active installation areas. Analyze lead source data to identify top-performing events, territories, and reps, and adjust deployment accordingly. Work closely with the in-home sales team and call center to improve appointment quality, confirmation rates, and handoff. Qaulifications Demonstrated ability to teach sales skills and measurably improve individual performance.
