Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a District Sales Manager to join our team! This position includes the responsibility of managing district sales representatives in Northern Missouri (Kirksville, MO) and Southern Iowa (Ottumwa & Iowa City, IA) and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, train, & motivate sales representatives in designated territory to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction. Assist in new business development with prospective customers. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred that candidates live in District Area. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous sales experience. Previous sales management recommended. Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills. Must have a valid driver's license and provide a certificate of insurance as proof of adequate insurance coverage, which meets Kohl Wholesale's current standards. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for computer applications and software needed.
