Director of Sales/Sales Manager:
Central Missouri area Hotel Management Company is seeking a well-qualified Director of Sales/ Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Ideal candidate must have strong hotel group sales experience with a proven track record. Strong work ethics and a passion for the hospitality industry are a must.Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new group business for conferences, conventions and banquets.
- Work closely with hotel and F&B management team.
- Follow up and manage all sales leads.
- Manage existing and future groups.
- Manage sales and banquet staff.
- Prepare BEO's for group events.
- Manage staff recruitment, training and foster a motivated team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Embrace and promote companies' core values. Skills
- 10 years proven experience in hotel and banquet group sales.
- Organization skills are a must.
- Great teamwork mentality.
- Strong technical skills are a plus.
- Great people skills are a must.
- Great communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Ability to lead a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
