Experience:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Background in building independent sales teams
• Experience in recruiting and in talent development
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities
• Prior experience in insurance sales
• Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic

Compensation:

As a District General Agent, you have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on sales results, including renewal income, bonuses, and luxury incentive trips.
