Overview As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of multiple locations within your district. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. You will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, and ensuring that each location meets its profit and loss targets. What you'll do Lead and supervise store managers to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service across all locations. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, driving growth and profitability in your district. Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to identify areas for improvement and ensure fiscal responsibility. Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by identifying best practices and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business development initiatives and drive sales growth. Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and prepare them for advancement within the organization. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and support store managers in achieving their objectives. Basic qualifications Proven experience in management with a strong focus on leadership and team development. Preferred qualifications Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution. Strong background in profit & loss management. Experience in supervising multiple locations or teams. Knowledge of business development strategies. Proficiency in project management methodologies. Track record of successful process improvement initiatives. Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques. $70,944.91 - $85,439.03 per year
