Fresh off a full remodel, Independence Harley-Davidson is turning heads in the booming Charlotte, NC market. We're looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and knows how to lead a team with energy, accountability, and results.

What You'll Do:

Lead the sales team and daily floor operations with energy and structure Drive performance through KPI tracking (appointments, close %, PVR, CRM follow-up) Hire, train, and develop a motivated, professional sales team Ensure process compliance and an exceptional customer experience Work closely with and report directly to the General Manager Collaborate with the GM on strategy, forecasting, inventory flow, and team development Maintain a consistent 5-day work week with weekends as part of the retail schedule

What You Bring:

Proven success in powersports or automotive sales management Strong understanding of sales process discipline and KPI accountability Hands-on leadership and coaching ability Passion for Harley-Davidson and a desire to build a winning culture Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a leadership team
