Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living facilities to increase brand awareness and attract new residents. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry. Lead efforts to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals and service offerings. Oversee market research initiatives to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living sectors. Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities to maximize outreach effectiveness. Monitor performance metrics related to business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies during marketing and outreach activities. Skills Extensive experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living environments is required, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and manage cross-departmental collaboration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proven success in developing strategic marketing plans that drive growth within healthcare settings. Ability to analyze market data and utilize insights for decision-making. Knowledge of healthcare regulations related to marketing practices in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living facilities. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is preferred.
