Job Description

Sales & Marketing Director (Full-Time) Senior Living Community A growing senior living community is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth and revenue efforts.

Drive occupancy and revenue goals Manage full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in Build and maintain local referral relationships Plan and execute marketing events and outreach Track leads, conversions, and sales performance Support resident retention initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years of outside sales experience required Hospitality or healthcare sales preferred Ability to travel locally for networking and events Bachelor's degree preferred
