Previous management experience a plus. This role will be tasked with building relationships with our current residential and commercial customers and networking in the community to build new relationships to help the team grow. You will also be tasked with identifying and hiring of service/installation technicians, with the help of our current staff, and growing a team to service those customers. Strong communication and networking skills required and must have the ability to work well with others to achieve organizational goals.
