Our cabinetry is sold exclusively through independent dealers, with a network extending from the Midwest through the Northeast and south to Florida. What Success Looks Like During your first year, you will: Build relationships with our principal reps and sub-reps and establish a clear plan for each territory. Recruit strong representation for key open territories. Grow and reactivate the dealer base in targeted markets. Establish a reliable sales forecasting process that ownership and production can plan against. Create a consistent rhythm of monthly reporting, quarterly reviews, and annual territory planning. Help create a sales culture built around communication, accountability, relationships, and growth.
