Business Development Professional - Commercial Construction We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional with 7+ years of experience in the Commercial construction industry with K-12 Projects! This position is with a highly regarded local General Contractor known for its commitment to keeping projects and employees local. If you have experience with K-12 Projects - we want to hear from you! This is to help them grow that portfolio.

Business Development Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Commercial Construction industry (K-12 projects). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and proposals. Stay informed about industry trends and upcoming project opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of work. Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry-related forums.
