Acting as the primary customer contact, this individual will collaborate with lumber dealers, millwork distributors, stair builders, contractors, and other key industry partners to uncover new opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and strengthen strategic relationships that support long-term success. Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and project support. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and support strategic growth.
