Estimated Annual Earnings:

$75,000 - $150,000+ per year (Base salary plus performance-based bonus structures & fast-start incentives)

Inventory Management:

Oversee pre-owned vehicle acquisition, trade-in appraisals, reconditioning workflows, and pricing strategy using cutting-edge market analytics tools.

Team Leadership:

Coach, mentor, and motivate sales consultants to exceed pre-owned sales volume and profitability goals.

Merchandising & Marketing:

Ensure pre-owned vehicles are frontline-ready, properly displayed, and accurately listed across all digital platforms.

Customer Experience:

Maintain Clement Auto Group's standard of exceptional, transparent customer service throughout every step of the vehicle purchase process.

Deal Structuring:

Work directly with customers and the finance department to structure competitive and profitable deals. Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years of successful automotive dealership sales management or pre-owned inventory acquisition experience preferred.

Leadership:

Proven track record of managing inventory turn, holding strong gross margins, and leading sales teams to top-tier performance.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, trade appraisal, market valuation, and digital merchandising capabilities.

Requirements:
