Position Overview Tint Works & Car Audio is seeking an Automotive Restyling Sales & Growth Manager to help lead our continued growth. This is a hands-on sales position focused on helping customers find the right automotive restyling solutions while expanding both our retail and commercial business. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, closing sales, and being rewarded for performance, we'd love to meet you. This position is ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact—not just sell products, but help shape the future growth of an established company. Responsibilities Welcome customers and guide them toward the best solutions for their vehicle. Prepare estimates, present options, and confidently close sales. Follow up with leads, quotes, and previous customers. Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Help grow commercial and dealership partnerships throughout Central Ohio. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Work closely with our installation team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Assist in developing sales strategies, improving processes, and contributing to the continued growth of the company. Qualifications Proven sales experience (automotive or aftermarket industry preferred). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM/POS systems. Valid driver's license.
