We are looking for a motivated Sales Professional to manage and grow one of our sales locations. This is a performance-based role with earning potential that is directly influenced by the time, effort, and results you put into the position. Compensation:

Commission-based pay: 10%-13% Top performers earn $150,000+ per year Opportunity for a temporary transitional stipend plus commission

Responsibilities:

Run daily operations of a sales location Work with customers to match them with the right building or product Follow up on leads and close sales Maintain lot appearance and inventory Provide excellent customer service Track sales and communicate with management

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (preferred) Self-motivated and reliable Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working commission-based Goal-driven and organized Management or leadership experience is a plus
