Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Description

Overview - Remote position- One day a month in Camp Hill, PA office is required. Candidates must live in PA or NJ. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our organization's fundraising initiatives and manage grant-related activities. This pivotal role involves developing compelling grant proposals, overseeing grant management processes, and fostering relationships with nonprofit foundations, government agencies, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advancing our mission through strategic fundraising efforts, expert proposal writing, and meticulous project management. Join us to make a meaningful impact by securing vital funding that supports our programs and community initiatives. 7-hour workday with hour paid lunch. We provided 20 days of PTO, paid holidays, and work hours flexibility allowing you to set your hours between 7 am-6pm.
Responsibilities Institutional Grant Management Own Grant Lifecycle:
Manage all phases of proposal writing, applications, renewals, and compliance reporting.
Pipeline Development:
Research and identify new private, corporate, and foundation funding opportunities.
Compliance Tracking:
Ensure alignment with funder requirements and internal institutional milestones.
Event & Campaign Fundraising Execute Sponsorship Workplans:
Deliver activities to secure event sponsorship for the annual conference.
Gala Leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and revenue generation for the annual Suicide Prevention Champions Gala.
Awareness Month:
Develop the agency's fundraising plan for Suicide Prevention Month.
Development Operations & Relations Optimize Data Systems:
Manage donor databases and grant platforms to ensure pristine data integrity.
Cultivate Partnerships:
Build and maintain deep relationships with individual donors and corporate partners.
Collaborative Reporting:
Interface directly with leadership to report on fundraising goals.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field required; master's strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven success in grant writing, donor development, or fundraising. An individual with a related master's degree may have less than 2 years of related experience.
Core Competencies Project Mastery:
Proven ability to manage multiple complex workflows independently under tight deadlines.
Communication:
Exceptional persuasive writing skills combined with professional verbal presentation abilities.
Detail Focus:
Meticulous organizational habits optimized for contract tracking and complex event logistics. Agency provider 20 days PTO annually, paid sick leave, and flexible work hours.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
