Ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to schedules. Maintain discipline on shop floor performance (output, quality, safety). Monitor and control operational budgets , ensuring spending efficiency and alignment with financial targets. Strategic Planning & Capacity Management Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies. Own 5-year capacity planning. Lead Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs) to meet business growth. Problem Solving & Customer Engagement Act quickly with urgency mindset to resolve issues. Lead recovery actions for Safety incidents, Production disruptions, Quality issues.

Support investigations for:

Customer complaints, Quality escapes, Performance issues. Support customer audits and communication. ​ Operational Excellence through Continuous Improvement Drive Lean / Six Sigma based improvements. Translate innovations into high-volume manufacturing (HVM) processes.

Improve:

Efficiency, Cost, Product quality. People Leadership & Shop Floor Control Collaborate with: EHS, Quality & PQE, Logistics & Supply Chain, Maintenance, MT teams, Sales & Commercial teams. Manage and develop direct reports through: Goal setting, Coaching, Performance feedback, Training. Build a high-performance culture.
