As demand continues to grow, we are seeking a business development , marketing, and lead flow from first call through signed contract. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results driven business development manager, responsible for owning and optimizing the revenue pipeline of the company. This roll overseas, incoming leads, in-home sales activity, marketing, coordination, lead, tracking, and performance reporting. You will ensure every opportunity is handled professionally, followed by consistently, and all converted into profitable projects. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the exterior residential remodeling market Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and brand awareness Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation and proposal development Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and promote services Oversee project management tasks related to client projects ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development metrics for senior management Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales within the exterior residential remodeling or home improvement industry Strong knowledge of CRM software tools such as Salesforce and other CRM platforms Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management Ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and customer service skills Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to residential remodeling services Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a significant impact in the residential remodeling industry through innovative business development strategies.
