Gallatin, TN Compensation:

$90,000 - $100,000 per year Gallatin CDJR is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our internet sales operation and help us maximize every opportunity that comes through our digital channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands automotive internet sales, knows how to manage and develop a team, and is focused on turning leads into appointments, showroom visits, and ultimately, vehicle sales. What You'll Do Lead and manage the dealership's internet sales operation Monitor and manage incoming internet leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up Develop strategies to improve lead response times, appointment-setting, show rates, and overall conversion Coach and develop team members on phone, text, email, and digital customer engagement Utilize the CRM to track lead activity, follow-up, appointments, and sales performance Monitor individual and department performance and hold the team accountable to established goals Work closely with Sales Management and Marketing to maximize lead opportunities and improve results Ensure every internet customer receives a consistent, professional experience from initial inquiry through purchase What We're Looking For Previous automotive internet sales or BDC management experience required Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable Strong understanding of automotive CRM systems, internet leads, and digital retail processes Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and sales performance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer $90,000 - $100,000 annual earning potential Competitive compensation plan Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Employee vehicle discounts Career growth opportunities with a growing, family-owned dealership group If you're an experienced automotive internet sales leader who knows how to develop a team, improve lead performance, and turn digital opportunities into vehicle sales, we'd love to talk with you.
