Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to drive growth Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and sales presentations Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand market share Research customer needs and recommend equipment solutions Monitor competitor activity within your territory Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry networking opportunities Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports Collaborate with leadership to achieve territory and company goals What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Proven success in heavy equipment, construction equipment, agriculture equipment, or related equipment sales Strong track record of growing sales and developing customer relationships Experience managing sales territory and achieving sales targets Ability to develop sales strategies and analyze performance metrics Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Grow Your Career with McCoy At McCoy Construction & Forestry, we invest in our people.
