Use of company vehicle Use of company tools, as well as access to a "tool account" for employees to purchase tools for individual use Access to ongoing training and continuing education Support and training for electrical licensing Access to Bryant Personal Use Program (heavily discounted HVAC equipment) $200 equipment stipend (for boots, knee pads, etc.) Position Overview As the HVAC Sales & Installation Manager, you'll oversee residential and light commercial installation projects from the initial customer consultation through final completion. This is a leadership role that combines HVAC technical knowledge, sales, estimating, project management, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and with exceptional quality while helping the installation division grow. Responsibilities
  • Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess HVAC replacement and installation needs.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.
  • Build customer relationships and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Manage installation projects from sale through completion.
  • Coordinate technicians, materials, equipment, permits, and project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep installations on track.
  • Ensure all work meets applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support installation technicians.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall department performance. Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years of HVAC industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and light commercial applications
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred
  • Experience estimating and selling HVAC replacement or installation projects
  • Leadership or supervisory experience within an HVAC installation environment
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and mechanical drawings
  • Washington State HVAC industry experience
  • Mechanical Administrator or Electrical Administrator certification (or the ability to obtain)
  • Knowledge of permitting and code compliance
  • Experience using HVAC estimating, scheduling, or CRM software
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
