The position is based in our Seattle, Washington office. This role owns revenue growth across three core channels: our national network of independent sales representatives, key/national accounts, and our fast-growing Amazon and e-commerce/drop-ship business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who can build structure and process while staying close to the day-to-day realities of managing reps, retail buyers, and online marketplace partners. What Success Looks Like Growth in wholesale revenue across rep, key account, and drop-ship channels A well-managed, motivated, and accountable rep network with clear KPIs Strong, expanding key account relationships and new account wins Tight, productive collaboration with the Amazon team resulting in aligned pricing and promotions Reliable forecasting and reporting that leadership can plan around Responsibilities Independent Rep Network Management Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a network of independent sales representatives and rep groups across assigned territories Set territory sales targets, monitor performance against quota, and hold reps accountable through regular business reviews Develop sales tools, and product training materials that help reps sell effectively Resolve rep conflicts, territory disputes, and account overlap issues Key Account Management Own and grow relationships with major retail, specialty, and national accounts Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and program/promotional planning with key buyers Develop account-specific growth plans and conduct regular business reviews with top accounts Identify and pursue new key account opportunities to diversify and expand the customer base Manage and grow relationships with retail partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, EDI/integration setup, and order fulfillment coordination Amazon & E-Commerce Collaboration Partner closely with the internal Amazon sales/marketplace team on strategy, forecasting, and promotional calendars Ensure alignment between wholesale/rep pricing and Amazon/online pricing to protect brand integrity (MAP compliance) Support coordination between wholesale demand planning and Amazon inventory/FBA needs Drop Ship & Other Channels Partner closely with the internal Dropship sales/marketplace team on strategy, forecasting, and promotional calendars Identify new channel opportunities (specialty retail, gift shops, distributors, catalog, subscription box, etc.) as appropriate Collaborate with operations/fulfillment teams to ensure service levels meet partner requirements Sales Strategy & Leadership Build and execute an annual sales plan with clear revenue targets by channel Develop accurate sales forecasts and reporting for leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to align on inventory, promotions, and product launches Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and buyer meetings Qualifications 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior sales role with P&L or channel ownership Experience managing independent/commissioned sales rep networks Proven track record managing key retail accounts and negotiating trade agreements Experience in gift, home decor, tabletop, stationery, or a related wholesale/consumer products category Willingness to travel (trade shows, key account visits, rep territory visits) Experience in the gift, specialty retail, home goods, or lifestyle products space Existing relationships with independent rep groups or retail buyers in relevant categories Experience with wholesale ERP/order platforms (e.g., NetSuite, MarketTime, etc.) Familiarity with import/wholesale product sourcing and distribution Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $100K + Bonus.
