About Our Client Industry-leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial pressure washers and outdoor power equipment. Well-known product portfolio featuring recognized brands and partnerships with major names in tools and equipment. Growing organization focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talented professionals. This is a newly created leadership opportunity with the chance to build and grow an Inside Sales team . Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Lead, recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales and Sales Support professionals. Build a high-performing Inside Sales function by establishing sales processes, KPIs, performance goals, and accountability measures. Develop territory, prospecting, pipeline, and account growth strategies while analyzing sales data and trends. Oversee customer-facing support functions including order entry, order tracking, account resolution, and customer communications. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service leadership to improve workflows and drive business growth. Desired Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience building, leading, coaching, and developing Inside Sales teams. Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training sales professionals. Strong territory, account management, prospecting, and sales performance experience. Ability to establish KPIs, analyze sales metrics, and drive team accountability. Manufacturing, industrial products, durable goods, power equipment, tools, or commercial equipment experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, leadership, coaching, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
