Overview Join the Titan Machinery team as a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales and elevate customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll lead a team, manage and optimize department metrics, and drive performance to exceed our store's objectives.

Responsibilities Financial and Performance Management:

Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds sales goals, and maintain an accurate inventory to meet customer needs and achieve financial success

Customer and Team Excellence:

Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of staff training and performance

Department Leadership:

Qualifications Required:
