Duties Process all cash transactions at the cashier cage, including chips exchange, ticket redemption, and cash payouts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Verify cash amounts using basic math skills and 10-key typing to maintain precise records of all financial exchanges. Maintain strict adherence to casino and banking regulatory compliance standards, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), to ensure legal and ethical operations. Record all transactions meticulously using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools when necessary for reporting purposes. Conduct cash amount verification regularly to prevent discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of casino cash handling procedures. Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Keep detailed records of daily transactions, reconcile cash drawers at shift end, and assist with record keeping for audit purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in cashiering, retail math, or banking is highly desirable; familiarity with the casino & gaming industry is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry skills are essential for record keeping and reporting tasks. Demonstrated ability to process cash transactions accurately using 10-key typing and numeracy skills.
