Before moving forward, I want to make sure you understand that we have very high standards when it comes to our employees and the way we operate. As a stocker , we expect you to be dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Keeping the store organized and fully stocked is very important. Products need to be stocked correctly, shelves should be faced and organized, and the store should always look clean and presentable. You'll need to pay attention to expiration dates, product placement, inventory levels, and make sure items are rotated properly when necessary. We also expect stockers to stay productive throughout their shift rather than waiting to be told what to do. As a cashier , customer service is extremely important. We expect you to be friendly, respectful, professional, and patient with every customer. Accuracy is a major priority when handling cash, processing payments, giving change, and entering items. You'll also be expected to keep your register area clean and organized and follow all store procedures carefully. Being attentive is important because even small mistakes can create problems for the store or our customers. Our standards also apply to attendance, punctuality, attitude, teamwork, and professionalism . Showing up on time and being ready to work is expected. If you are scheduled to work, we need you to take that responsibility seriously. We also expect employees to communicate properly with management and coworkers, follow instructions, and be willing to learn. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that there is always something that needs to be done.
