You will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will handle cashier duties, ensuring accurate cash management and transaction processing. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining the efficiency of kitchen operations and overall store management. Duties Especially those who can work weekends. Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper sanitation practices. Assist with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize Square systems for processing transactions and managing orders. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Buss tables and assist with maintaining a clean dining area. Skills Japanese speaker (Basic English communication skills) Previous experience in quick-service or fast food restaurants is preferred, but beginners are welcome . Familiarity with Square systems is a plus, but training will be provided for those without experience. Experience in the restaurant industry (e.g., serving, bussing, or retail math) is a plus.

• There will be a training period for the first 3 months.
