Your leadership will guide a team of cashiers and courtesy clerks, foster a positive work environment and maintain store standards.

Hourly Pay:

$16.90-$19.00

Do Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and motivate cashier and courtesy clerk teams to deliver outstanding service.

Operational Oversight:

Manage front-end operations, including running breaks, handling returns, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Customer Service Excellence:

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

Assist in stocking and facing products, ensuring shelf labels are accurate and consistent.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including registers and surrounding spaces.

Safety and Security:

Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols to protect team members and customers.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to support store-wide initiatives and maintain operational flow.

What You Bring Education & Training:

High School Diploma or GED Experience & Skills:

Prior experience as a cashier; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong leadership, organization, and time-management abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, POS systems Excellent math skills and the ability to use data to drive staffing and sales Physical & Schedule Requirements Lift/move grocery and bulk items up to 50 lbs. (up to 100 times/day) Handle carts, dollies, and electric pallet jacks Stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently Flexibility to work various shifts mornings, evenings, weekends as needed Why Join Us?
