In this role it is crucial to have good customer service skills for customers. you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for managing cash transactions with precision and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with their transactions in a friendly, professional manner Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing tills at shift end Supervise and support team members during busy periods, ensuring efficient service delivery Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a welcoming environment Monitor the flow of customers and coordinate with team members to reduce wait times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding area Assist in training new team members on cash handling procedures and customer service standards Requirements Proven experience in management or supervising roles within a customer-focused environment, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills Experience in conflict management and guest services to ensure guest satisfaction Knowledge of casino operations or similar entertainment venues is a plus but not required Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to lead with enthusiasm and deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
