If you love talking to people, providing great customer service, and making extra money through commission , this could be the perfect position for you! YOUR ROLE- As a Cashier/Greeter , you are one of the most important parts of our customer's experience. You are often the first face they see when they pull into the car wash , and the person who helps make their visit easy, informative, and enjoyable.
CASHIER RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude Cash customers out accurately and efficiently Explain wash packages and help customers choose the best option Manage and sell our monthly wash memberships Answer customer questions about washes, memberships, and services Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers over the phone Schedule and book vehicle details Help resolve customer questions or concerns Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and welcoming Provide an awesome, informative customer experience from start to finish
GREETER RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Greeter, you'll be the first impression of Clean Image Car Wash ! Welcome every customer as they arrive Start conversations and make customers feel welcomed Learn our wash packages and confidently explain the differences Help customers choose the wash that best fits their vehicle and needs Inform customers about our monthly unlimited wash memberships Answer questions and make recommendations without being pushy Create a fun, friendly, and informative experience Help customers understand everything Clean Image has to offer Smile, have conversations, and make every customer's visit a great one!
