Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced food service environment Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper food handling and order management Process cash, credit card, and retail transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations and cash handling procedures Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and operating kitchen equipment safely and hygienically Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer experience Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper kitchen cleanliness practices Support food safety management by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated skills in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and operating POS systems.
