Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Promote and upsell products, such as jewelry, electronics, and wireless devices
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to assist customers with their purchasing decisions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
