Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders and retail purchases in a lively, welcoming manner Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage customer orders using food handling techniques and ensure timely delivery of orders to maintain high service standards Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, equipment, and dining areas regularly Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, give accurate change, and balance cash drawers at shift end Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or restaurant service environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods Excellent sales skills with a focus on upselling to maximize revenue opportunities Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Customer service-oriented mindset with effective communication skills Experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Ability to maintain a clean workspace while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly Join us today to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional service!
