Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions about products, and assisting with product demos to enhance their shopping experience. Manage cash drawer handling responsibly, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed and discrepancies are reported promptly. Stock shelves efficiently by receiving deliveries, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive product displays aligned with merchandising standards. Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone, providing clear information and professional assistance. Support store operations by supervising stock levels, participating in inventory counts, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized for optimal shopping flow. Experience Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts such as basic addition, subtraction, and making change is advantageous. Previous supervising experience or leadership roles in retail settings are a plus but not mandatory; we encourage growth from within!
