Overview Sugarloaf is currently looking for an outgoing and fun-loving person to join our Skier Services team as a Rental Shop Cashier for the coming winter season. Rental Shop Cashiers are responsible for the fast-paced processing of ski and snowboard rental equipment sales. The right fit for this role will be energetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests in a friendly and fun manner. This position will start at a wage of $16-20 per hour depending upon past experience and comes with great job perks. Come join our fun and supportive team! Responsibilities Make sure cash drawer is accurate at start and end of shift. Data entry into computerized rental equipment system. Assist guests with information about various rental, lift and ski school options. Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor. Will be cross trained in all Rental Shop positions. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role will: be available for weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. be friendly and courteous to guests and team members. have a high school diploma or equivalent degree. have previous retail and/or guest services experience.
