Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with food ordering and menu inquiries Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and food orders Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately while managing cash register operations Take customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in food service customer order management Prepare simple food items when necessary, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Maintain a clean workspace, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen equipment Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation when required Handle food handling responsibilities with a focus on food safety management and sanitation practices Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while honing your skills in the bustling world of food service!
