Downtown Monroe, NC High Octane Coffee Creamery & Eatery is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a warm and welcoming attitude. Take customer orders accurately in person, by phone, and through delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.). Process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system. Run food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally. Ensure every order is accurate and complete before serving or packaging. Pack all to-go and delivery orders carefully, ensuring all items are included. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area, including indoor and outdoor seating. Regularly inspect and maintain a clean, fully stocked, and guest-ready restroom. Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations when needed. Maintain a clean and organized front counter throughout the shift. Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth operations. Follow all company procedures, food safety, and sanitation standards. Provide every guest with an outstanding experience from arrival to departure. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and follow company standards. Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.
